When I was sixteen, I wrote a book, and it’s awful – really, it’s truly terrible. It’s been on every laptop I have owned since then. Sometimes I think about going back to it, with my fancy creative writing degree and knowledge of semicolons. Instead I start several new projects, novels, short stories, and scripts. The new project in this case is travel writing, undertaken with some rather marvellous people I met at university. So, here we all are, writing about lighters and local restaurants. Enjoy.
